An attention grabber: the Snyder ST600-C three wheel car

I’m walking down the street and see this blue car from the back; where’s the front? Walking a full circle around it reveals it to be a Snyder three wheel car. More specifically, a 2012 Synder ST600-C, and it is available for sale (price not listed, just a “for sale” sign with phone number in the front window.

I’m curious, and think about calling, thinking it could be a fun little gimmick car to own, until I see this video where the guy drives it down a very slight hill and turns sharply and the whole thing tips over and lands on its side. Uh, no thanks on that.

From what I understand, even though it has an American-sounding name like “Snyder,” it was manufactured in China and is technically considered a motorcycle, as it is powered by a 600cc motorcycle engine and requires a motorcycle endorsement on your drivers license in order to drive it. Supposedly it can get around 70 miles to the gallon, and has a top speed in the low 60s. I used to have a 300cc motorcycle and it went faster than that. It’s still a fun-looking car, though, but I’m going to pass on making any phone calls about the price.
