I was walking around Chelsea in Manhattan on Saturday, visiting art galleries, when I noticed this combination of objects, pictured above. I didn’t touch it or move anything, what you see above is what I saw – and to me, it looked like a flower! Now, why would a long thin plant leaf like this end up on the sidewalk in NYC when there’s no similar plants nearby? And how is it that a muffin wrapper ended up on the ground at the end of it, exactly as you can see here?
I guess it’s some accidental art (and a good case of pareidolia), and not only do I see a flower in it, but I can also imagine a bouquet, as I’ve created using the image here below right.
